I'm doing a project over DNA Extraction from blood.I need to write an abstract about it.Could you help me? Where this experiment be used?
Materials
-distilled water
-gloves
-syrings 10 ml each (without needle)
-beakers
-Table spoon
-paper filter/coffee filter paper
-isopropanol
-blood sample
-sodium chloride

- Project Question: I'm doing a project for DNA extraction from human blood.The original purpose of this experiment is to see, by extracting DNA from my blood; if it could survive separated from other cell components.I need to write an abstract for this project but I don't have enough information where it can be used. Could you help me with this ? Thank you :)

An abstract is a brief summary of your project, outlining the hypothesis you tested, the methods you used, the results you found, and the conclusions you drew. Science Buddies has an excellent article on writing an abstract. Take a look at it and try writing a draft abstract. You can post your abstract here, if you would like feedback on it.
