I need to turn this subject into a question

Post by firestarter434 »

I have chosen to do the computational exploration of protein function because it seems interesting to me. However, my teacher requires it to be a question (which it isnt) and it cant be answered with a yes or a no. Also it needs an independent and dependent variable. I cant think of one for this project, so if anyone could help me out that would be great!!

What are you interested in finding out? Protein folding times and/or configurations can be explored computationally but I'm not sure from your post just what has piqued your interest. If you're interested in what function in the cell the protein performs you might want to post in the Life Sciences area as well.
