For an engineering paper, I have just a few questions about your career, interests, and such. I just need to know some details about what it takes to become a bioengineer or biomedical engineer and what your experience has been like in the field, regardless of whether you currently work in the field or just have a major in it or good experience in or with it. Thanks!
1. How and why did you decide to be a bioengineer? What steps did you have to take throughout your educational career (high school, college, maybe grad/med school) to succeed in this field? What kind of degree do you have?
2.What is your day-to-day work like? What kind of work do you do (if you don't mind including your company and/or job title, that would be great, but it's not at all necessary if that is a breach of privacy), and what are some challenges that you face? Has your career taken the path you originally expected it would?
3. What do you think are some of the most important skills/attributes for being in your field?
4. Finally, what is the thing you like most about your work? How is it satisfying for you?
Again, thank you so much!
