Good evening, I am trying to figure out why our bot will will not work on the solar power. My husband is an Electronic Engineer so the wiring on the breadboard is correct. Do the panels need time to charge?
Thank you for your time.

Re: Build a solar powered bristlebot
Hi Sara, a couple questions that will help us troubleshoot:
- If you're using the robot indoors, what type of light bulb are you using? It will only work with incandescent bulbs, not CFL or LED.
- If you're using the robot outdoors, are you doing it in full sunlight? It won't work on a cloudy day.
Thanks,
Ben
