I am getting confused on this step for the Seebeck Effect experiment
2)Look up the thermoelectric electrical potential difference for your observed room temperature for a Type K thermocouple in this Type K thermocouple data sheet. Note the value in your data table. Pay attention to the sign (negative or positive)!

Hello,
In the datasheet, the first column indicates the row's temperature in 10s. The following columns indicate the temperature in 1s.
If your room temperature is 25C, for example, look for the row starting with 20, and then look for the column with heading 5 which should be 1.000 mV.
Below is the section you need in the dataset. I highlighted the entry in bold. Formatting is not good in this reply. I encourage you to go back to the datasheet and look at it.

i got the number 0.279 and that is not in the chart
