science question to help make a stage prop

I need to make something similar to this.

I do not need to have a pull and want to locate whatever the 'button' is about ten inches down the wire.

can anyone tell me what the parts are and how to connect the wire to the 'button" to the clip.

Note that all safety precautions will be taken, and that flash paper burns at a significantly lower burning point than anything else. Only one person with the proper training will be allowed to use. This ignition switch will be built into a fireproof box and no one will be touching the wire or clip when in use.
