Multimeter sport drink question

Hello I am doing my own of the sport drink and orange juice experiment, seeing how much electricity is in each sport drink. I am using electrolyte tablets and diluting them with water and then measuring the electricity. I followed step by step your procedures but when I put the straw in the solution my multimeter still shows 00.0. idk what to do and I've tried so many times to fix little things and it is still not working
