Have you looked up the meaning of "deflate"? A dictionary definition should answer this question.what is it that happens when a basketball deflates?
If by "freeze" you mean change state from a liquid or gas to a solid, no. The skin of the ping pong ball is already solid. There maybe some water vapor inside the ping pong ball that might freeze and become frost on the inside, but detecting it would be a challenge. Opening a very cold ping pong ball (below -5 degress C) would let in air that has water vapor in it and would quickly produce a layer of frost (frozen water vapor).can a ping-pong ball freeze?
