Welcome to the Ask an Expert forum. I do not believe there would be a difference between the main structural features of a normal radish seed versus an irradiated radish seed. Decades ago, there were some research experiments done on the topic of growth of irradiated seeds, and results were often contradictory or inconclusive. If you want to know the basics of seed structure, you can try using a search engine such as google.com to find web pages with the terms "radish seed structure".
