If you are asking about a food item in the US, try looking at the food label.

If you are asking about a commercially sold product, try looking at the product labeling or searching the manufacturer's web site.

If this doesn't help, try posting back with some additional details about the product.

Halite is the mineralogical name for the ionic solid formed by sodium and chlorine. That is, halite is composed of sodium and chlorine.
