What liquid softens lima beans the most? Milk, lemon juice, salt, or sugar? Please this is for tomorrow.

This sounds like a question that you would actually have to perform an experiment to determine.

With milk, there is skimed, 1%, 2%, and whole milk. With lemon juice, salt water, and sugar water there are various concentrations. In other words, you could have different amounts of salt or sugar or lemon acid and this might affect your results.
