need a motor for wind turbine

AFTER you've done your research and concluded your experiments, it is time to prepare for the science fair. Ask specific questions about preparing for a science fair, including how to set up your display board, how to prepare a presentation, etc. (Please post questions about selecting a project or conducting your experiment by posting in the appropriate "area of science" forum.)

Science Buddies has a complete description for a project that may have some similarities to what you are doing. Check it out for some possible tips: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... g&from=TSW

In the above project description, it suggests you can get a generator by way of a windmill kit from Amazon.com for about $10.

Here's a project description for building your own generator: http://www.all-science-fair-projects.co ... 8f640.html

And another site that has useful info: http://www.otherpower.com/toymill.html

Good luck. Hope that helps.
