- Project Question: where can we get an approproiate motor (or should I say generator?) that culd be used with wind turbine projects, for example, to compare electricity that can be produced by different turbine designs?

Check the scale on your DVM. I suspect this is 250 mV.250 volts
Assuming 250 mV at 245 uA, this is 61 uW. volts * amps = watts. mV * mA = uW.
