Occupation: student is an 8th grader, I am the student's mom
Project Question: where can we get an approproiate motor (or should I say generator?) that culd be used with wind turbine projects, for example, to compare electricity that can be produced by different turbine designs?

250 volts
Check the scale on your DVM. I suspect this is 250 mV.

Assuming 250 mV at 245 uA, this is 61 uW. volts * amps = watts. mV * mA = uW.
