COLOR RECOGNITION SOFTWARE
Where can I get affordable color recognition software that can tell me the color of a flame? Thanks!

How can I change color data into quantitative data? thanks!

What is it that you want to do? Would it be enough to take a digital photo and obtain the red, blue, and green (RGB) values of parts of the flame? For that you can get free software such as GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/). You could compare images taken with the same camera under the same conditions.
