Is color 2d? Is color 2d? So, I ask a question to my friends all the time and I was wondering if my answer to my own question works. My question is: "What is your favorite undiscovered color?" Now, when I make silly questions like that I always make sure that I have an answer so, I made up a color, Magurmple. So, the way I explain this color is to imagine all the colors on a piece of paper, Magurmple is ABOVE yellow. Like, above the paper. Does that make sense? Am I at least a little right in… Read more

Artificial Pancreas Model issue Artificial Pancreas Model issue Hi, I built the project for a school science fair. It turns on and off properly. However, I am having two issues with the project. 1. The serial monitor tool shows a different value than the multimeter when the sensors are connected. It generally has a higher value. 2. The voltage on the multimeter drops the instant the pump is disconnected. For example, it will read 1.15 volts while connected and running, and will drop… Read more

Plant Battery Project Plant Battery Project Good afternoon - my green team is working on creating a plant battery. We had set up a potted plant with potting soil and compost from our worm bin and connected copper tubing on one end and a magnesium rod on the other side. When we connected a Vpro850L multimeter we got a reading of .86 volts. We are trying to light a standard electric circuit kit bulb in a holder. The bulb lights with a 1.5 volt battery which we also tested with the multimeter… Read more

Electomagent Battery Size and Voltage Electomagent Battery Size and Voltage Hello. We are doing a science project to test the strength of an electomagent. When we switch from a 6V lantern batter to a 9V regular battery, the electromagent does not work anymore. We think this has to do with the size of the battery since the 6V is much larger, but the 9V has more voltage. Can anyone explain how this works? Re: Electomagent Battery Size and Voltage Hello! What a fun project. When you switched… Read more
