Breast Cancer AI Project Recommendations
Breast Cancer AI Project Recommendations
I just did the project including the weighted KNN and its amazing. I wanted to use it as an inspiration for science fair.
What are still the things that I can do to improve the project? Or to fill in a gap in relation to the project? What can i do to level up or do something novel about it?

simulating toxic water
simulating toxic water
I have a student that wants to use bioluminescent bacteria as a water pollutant indicator. We are focused on heavy metals, specifically Cu, Cd, and Pb. To create known concentration solutions of each of these metals (I plan to have her start at 1M and do a serial dilution), would I have her use metal salts or is there a better way to toxify the water? Thank you.
Re: simulating toxic water
Metal salts are definitely the best option! These salts…

shoes for the visually impaired
shoes for the visually impaired
[b][i]I want to design a shoe for the visually impaired and I plan to make obstacle sensors on the ends of this shoe and a speaker that tells where to go based on obstacles or a sensor with an audible alarm that detects obstacles. What do you think I can do? I also thought about it, could there be a Bluetooth headset that tells where to go with an obstacle sensor? Can you support you? OR WHAT MORE CAN I IMPROVE? OTHER THAN THESE,…

Tiny titans E coli didn't grow
Tiny titans E coli didn't grow
Good morning,
Last week my son performed the Silver nanoparticles neutralizing E coli experiment. Even though we followed all the steps in a college lab where we used an incubator, the E coli did not grow on any of the agar plates.
We are not sure whether the freeze dried E coli we used was not a good sample or the agar plates were not optimal or unknown reason.
The instructions for reconstitution of E coli were conflicting. On…

egg drop
egg drop
Would socks and a plastic container with lid on, be a good material for a protective shell for the egg drop?
I'm dropping the egg from 5 feet, 7 feet, and 9 feet.
I'm supposed to find and answer for the question but I can't find anything.
Re: egg drop
Hi!
Egg drops are super fun! You have the right idea of padding the eggs fall with the socks, which slows down the impact on the ground. Something you should consider is that there are two ways to minimize the force of the…

candle carousel
candle carousel
Hi! One of my students is doing her project on the candle carousel that she found here on science buddies. She has made the carousel and followed all the instructions, but can't get it to work. I saw there were some troubleshooting ideas we can use, but thought I would post here to get any help we can. Any helpful hints on getting this project to work correctly?

Breast Cancer AI Detection Adaptation
Breast Cancer AI Detection Adaptation
I completed the AI detection of breast cancer and I wanted to make something different from it.
Can you suggest me any variations or recommendations for those who wants to further improve it aside from the stated variations on the project at the end of it?
Can I change the current csv file dataset with other kinds of dataset?
