Fruit ripening is a really cool topic! Is there a specific experiment you are working on? If you are unsure where to begin, Science Buddies has a few projects related to fruit ripening - I attached the links below.

If you want to create your own procedure, start by identifying a topic within fruit ripening that you are interested in. Many examples of projects are listed in the abstract of the Fruit Ripening page (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... t-ripening), and these can be great starting points. Once you have an idea, I recommend creating an outline of your experiment which would include all of the materials you would need along with your variables (independent, dependent, and controlled).

Good luck and let us know if you have any more questions! We would love to hear how your project goes!
