I have a solar project having 500w capacity, i use some old batteries(120 ah, 60ah) for it. At start they were giving good performance but now i feel that batteries are draining earlier then before, i tested battery voltage and other aspects but found them ok. what could be other reasons of early drainage?

I tried measuring the optical output power of Led and incandescent bulb . for LED the procedure says i need to fix the clamp when the voltage across the resistor is 2.5 v to fix the clamp . is it the same for incandescent lamp too?
Also is there any way to reset the light to voltage converter. it gets saturated easily and shows 3.0 always. i tried with 2 converters.
