I tried the spherification/ popping boba experiment. The video shows very small approximately 2 mm boba being created, but then it also shows larger approximately 8 to 10 mm boba . I've tried in vain to find a syringe that has a larger diameter output, but they don't seem to be available (probably because they need to lock with standard size needles).
