Urgent help! stimulate stomach acid.
I am doing a science experiment and want to stimulate stomach acid. I was planning on using vinegar since HCl requires a ton of forms and approvals to use as be also very hazardous. Can I dilute and use vinegar instead. Any and all help is appreciated!

My daughter completed the experiment utilizing glucose test kit from the website to measure glucose in beverages. We tested whole milk, Fairlite Milk (50% less sugar) , Orange Juice not from concentrate, Orange Juice not from concentrated (59% less sugar), Diet Coke, Coke, and water.
